Cotswold Mist is an illustrated fantasy mystery novel for both young adults and adults, written by Inga, fuelled by her cinematic imagination and inspired by true local historical events and mythology in the beautiful and cosy region of southwest England known as the Cotswolds.

The book will feature 28 stunning digital illustrations, crafted by renowned artists (no AI). Each of the illustrations introduce new locations as you journey around picturesque Cotswold towns, villages and landmarks, encountering mythical entities along the way and unravelling the secrets hidden within.

We collaborate with renowned illustrators and concept artists from around the world who are passionate about storytelling and visual art. They are true masters of fantasy and the supernatural working for the film (The Wandering Earth 2019), TV (Stranger Things 2017) and game (SMITE) industries. Our artists use digital painting techniques for flexible composition and colour manipulation, sometimes incorporating 3D modeling to create and stylize hyper-real characters, while others blend traditional hand-drawn methods with digital refinement.
